Since 2017 she has successfully received Arts Council project grants, and commissioned, developed, performed and toured three solo shows:
The Empress and Me, The Unforgettable Anna May Wong and
Theatre: Behind the Curtained Door (Manchester Confucius Institute); The Ballad of Mulan (Chinese New Year UK Tour & Adelaide Fringe 2020-2023); An Evening with Miss Wong (Tour 2018-2019); From Shore to Shore (Northern UK Tour 2019); Taking Flight Festival 2018; The Empress and Me (Festival Tour 2017-2018); DiaoChan: The Rise of the Courtesan (UK Tour); The Autumn of Han (UK Tour); Arrivals (NI tour); The King and I (Theatre at the Mill); The Translator (play-reading, Soho theatre) & Writers Pathway Project (play-readings, Octagon Bolton).
She has also appeared in numerous short films and in small roles on TV (The Witchfinder, Sherlock & Blue Murder), and works as a voice over artist in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
